Cancellation Policy
As we transition into the colder months, mobile services will be limited. When temperatures drop below 45°F, clients will have the following options: • Reschedule the service for a later date. • Complete the service at our Shrewsbury location: 5 Centech Blvd, Unit 2, Shrewsbury 01545 Additional Notes: • Our team has a one-hour window from the start of your appointment to arrive. • Cancellations, except due to weather, require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations will result in a fee equal to the deposit. • If our team is kept waiting for 20 minutes or longer upon arrival, a cancellation fee will apply. • We will not clean compartments containing personal belongings or access the spare tire compartment unless notified in advance and cleared of items.
