Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes to your appointment made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee equal to your deposit. Refunds will be issued through Check or Venmo. If our team is required to wait for 20 minutes or more upon arrival, the same cancellation fee will apply. We kindly ask that you remove all personal items from your vehicle's interior, cargo area, trunk, under seats, center console, glove box, or any other compartments before our arrival, as our detail team will not clean or empty compartments containing personal belongings. Please also note that we will not open or clean the spare tire compartment of your vehicle unless you have informed us in advance and removed all spare tire, tools, and other items.
