Yes, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee. This helps us recover lost business and allows us to offer your spot to another customer.
Our mobile services are available from April through October. Weather permitting, we may extend services beyond this date. Alternatively, you can use our drop-off location and wait while your vehicle is serviced. We aim to provide flexibility and convenience for our customers.

We keep a close eye on the weather. If the weather doesn't hold up on the day of your scheduled detail, we'll be sure to reach out and reschedule to the next available date. If we have shop availability on the same day, we can also offer that as an alternative.
We accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment. For security purposes, we do not accept checks.
Extra charges may apply for situations such as excessive pet hair, mold/mildew, bio-waste, or heavy dirt buildup. If any of these apply to your vehicle, your technician will inform you of the extra fees before starting the job.

Yes. We accept Afterpay on most services, which lets you split the cost into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. It's especially popular for our larger jobs like Full Nose PPF, Full Vehicle PPF, 2-Step Paint Correction + Ceramic Coating, and Black Label Detail packages.
A $100 booking deposit ($135 for mobile service) is still required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance can be split with Afterpay when you pick up your vehicle.
Afterpay is offered in person at the time of payment, when you pick up your vehicle. Approval and payment are handled directly through the Afterpay app on your phone, so you don't need to apply in advance.
If you'd like to use Afterpay, just mention it when you arrive and our team will walk you through it.

Customers paying by cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle receive a 3% payment discount off the final balance. Just let our team know at pickup and we'll apply the discount before you settle up.
